This modern apartment built only 4 years ago. The lights in the apartment were halogen MR16 bulbs with transformers which generated a lot of internal heat and blown away very often. In addition, the power consumption of almost 1000W/h generated very limited amount of light. We have replaced the lights with LED 13W warm white downlights, which generate 30% more dimmable light consuming 75% less power.
It is very affordable and very efficient project to consider!
