This very modern and high end house which was build about 4 years ago was equipped with lights using incandescent and ECO bulbs – over 130 bulbs inside, for downlights and chandeliers, bathrooms and garage, external walls. As the result the house was pretty dark and highly power consuming! Furthermore, every tenancy agreement was associated with electrician visit and bulbs replacement. BMS had upgraded the house with LED bulbs 9.5W in the bedrooms and 12W in the living areas and bathrooms. As the result hose became much brighter and at least 50% more economical on lighting. The owner will enjoy no maintenance for lighting for many following years!
